The children had so much fun completing our whole school science investigation this afternoon! They were challenged to see how far they could stretch a curly wurly in five minutes.
The children showed some fantastic teamwork and techniques. Well done!

The Children love Eric the Elf visiting our school, and finding out what mischief he has caused during the Christmas period.

Athlete mentor visit 2023
The children had a visit from an athlete mentor. He explained how he had overcome difficult situations during his life through being injured as a soldier then going on to playing in the Invictus Games and winning a bronze and silver medal for wheelchair basketball and wheelchair rugby.

A member of the local community visited our school and conducted a British legion assembly for Rememberance Day.

Harvist Festival Lunch 24
A big thank you to Mrs Scutt and Mrs Stanton for serving up a delicious Harvest Festival lunch yesterday. Thank you also to the children who attend our after school club who kindly made decorative bunting for the event.

Mental health awareness week 2024
As part of mental health awareness week class 1 and rainbow class went in the garden. We were active making a water run, were mindful drawing the clouds and were creative taking part in land art using natural resources.

World Book Day Competition 2024
As part of our World Book Day celebrations this year we held an exciting competition.

The children were encouraged to read and have a photograph of them selves reading in the most unusual place.
